Terrible Customer Service<br><br>I placed an order and received a conformation email that it would be delivered (not shipped) within 3-9 business days. After 9 business days (a Friday) with no shipping information, I called to check the status. I spoke to Luis in the shipping department and he told me that he thought my order might need additional machining because they had been receiving bad batches of spindles from the manufacturer...but he would confirm with his boss when he returned to the office on Monday. I told him, "no problem, I just want to know the status". He said he would call me on Monday to let me know. I thanked him for his help. Monday came and went with no call. I finally called again on Wednesday and left Luis a voicemail indicating that I still had not received any status info. No return call. I called again on Thursday and chose the sales department instead of shipping, hoping someone could help...they put me on hold and never came back so I hung up after 5 minutes. I called again on Friday and was able to speak to Luis who wanted to argue with me and tell me that he called to give me the status update on Monday. Not true, I had my phone with me all day Monday...and I wouldn't have needed to call multiple time for the status if he had called. I told him to put his boss on the phone so that I could discuss the status with him, so Luis put me on hold to go get the boss. After a few minutes Luis came back and said "we're just going to refund your money". I'm easy going and deal with customers every day. We all make mistakes or encounter problems, but how you handle them sets you apart from you competition. I'll never do business with his company again and will make sure all of my VW enthusiast friends & club members are aware of this awful experience.

I got my 1964 bettle about a month ago and the first place, I went was to was<br>So Cal!! They have by the best knowledgeable staff and parts available.<br>The first thing I did was change my front rotor brakes to disc brakes.I spoke with Irving who advised me to change over and get the disc brake kit, along with a new master cylinder. He is very knowledgeable, helpful in person and helpful over the phone and has lots patient with me. These AC brakes are the best invest you can change on your VW. They have great stopping power.<br>So Cal has the best prices!!!
