Sal is 1000% excellent. I called him at 11PM on a Saturday night in zero degree weather to tow a heavy truck off Route 84 and he immediately sent Kenny out. I called other towing companies and they laughed at me or just hung up on me. Sal stepped up and bailed me out. I am extremely grateful. My Rav 4 was parked in a very low parking garage when the starter went. I called AAA & was told they didn’t have the equipment to get it out & basically I was on my own. My car was stranded there for 2 nights. Someone sent me the info on Nelcon & from the moment Gary picked up the phone, I knew I was in good hands. Within 2 hours of my call he had my Rav out & delivered to my mechanic. They are a company I would highly recommend & I am so happy that good customer service still exists!<br>Many thanks!
