I can’t say enough good things about Brooks Towing. My car broke down after business hours on a very cold night, and I was stuck on the side of the road with my daughter, stressed and unsure what to do. Amanda answered the phone and was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring right from the start.<br><br>Shane arrived with the tow truck and immediately made getting us out of the cold and home safely his top priority. He was professional, friendly, and worked quickly to load the car so my daughter and I wouldn’t be stuck freezing on the side of the road. He then took us all the way back to my house instead of leaving us stranded somewhere else.<br><br>On top of that, they were more than fair with the pricing and didn’t try to charge me an arm and a leg just because it was after hours. What could have been a miserable and scary situation turned into a huge relief thanks to Amanda and Shane. I’m truly grateful and would highly recommend Brooks Towing & Recovery to anyone who needs a tow and wants people who genuinely care.

Not only did the towing dispatcher keep me updated but also James the tow driver on when he will arrive. James was very friendly, kind, and skilled. I will certainly use their service again.

Best towing experience ever! The booking agent was pleasant and thorough. Jordan from Brooks Towing arrived about 10 min earlier than scheduled to pick up. He backed the flatbed in perfectly and we were loaded in about 10 minutes. Delivery was just as smooth. Jordan was polite, friendly, and efficient. The truck was clean and new. Highly recommend to anyone needing a scheduled or an unexpected tow!
