For The Love Of Nachos!

Every time I’ve had to call them, they’ve been respectful and helpful. I like that I get a text when they’ll be off their typical schedule and that if they miss something, they’ll come back the next day to grab it. I’ve had their services for 6 years now and no complaints!

Don’t even bother signing up for their alerts, they’ll tell you they’re delaying service by a day and then end up coming a couple hours later or they miss pick ups entirely. They actively charged me and the previous home owner who was a family member. And on top of that I have contacted them three times now, once online and twice over the phone to have the correct trash can size delivered to me andI’ve been told I would receive it. But I still have not yet. I have never had such poor service from a utility company in my life. I would not use them if I had another option. I’m not sure where the disconnect is between the call center and those who provide the service but it seriously needs to be figured out. You also can’t take any of the 5 star reviews seriously when they mention a Steve Atkinson, and the reviewers coincidentally also have the last name Atkinson. Seems like bias and asking people to leave false reviews.
