I can't say enough positive things about Big D's!!! Dallas gave me an accurate estimate, suggested a good towing service (with a very low price for a 60+ mi. tow), and was very communicative throughout the process.<br><br>They got my Jeep on Monday, and had my transmission diagnosed, rebuilt and had it put back together and road-ready by Wednesday evening!<br><br>When I picked it up, I met the other guys and they showed me the damaged parts and discussed, at length, what had to be done and whether or not it was something that I had done that caused the damage.<br><br>Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. This was probably the best experience I've ever had with any repair shop. I will ALWAYS recommend Big D's to anyone needing honest, fair-priced and fast service.
