I just moved to the area and am not familiar with the area. I popped my passenger side tires and was in need of a tow. It was also my daughters birthday. Zeke had great communication with me before he even arrived. When he got to me, (which was fast) he quickly got me hooked up and where I needed to go. He also helped make my daughters birthday a little more special! He was very professional and went out of his way to put my nerves at ease. I would highly recommend this service to anyone! I was 1.5 hrs away from home and my transmission Went out, I called these guys and the owner responded quickly and was very courteous and helpful. He came out in reasonable amount of time and let me know the eta as he neared my location. Customer service was spot on .
