The manager of this store, Chris, went above and beyond to find the right part for my old truck. He was knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. It is nice to have a competent local resource to get parts from instead of Amazon.

This store sold me the wrong battery for my car… twice. Had over a month of battery issues, most importantly I had to jump my car EVERYTIME I needed to drive.<br><br>First time I brought it back, they exchanged it for a different model that seemed to work better for a few weeks. But as the weather got colder, my car refused to start at all.<br><br>Eventually found out that this battery was wrong too. Took it up to the store as soon as they opened and the manager was working. He was very understanding and offered a refund since the store doesn’t sell the correct battery for my vehicle (Taurus police car). I cannot give this manager enough praise. He was very understanding and apologetic.<br><br>However, he didn’t have the cash on hand to refund me, and sent me to the store on 72/N Oak. At that store, I had issues returning it but I will leave a review on their store, too.
