I definitely won’t be going back there again. I went in to buy some oil and asked if they could price match Walmart. The employee looked at me and said, “No, we can’t price match that low.” The thing is, I’ve had them do it many times before, and I even know people who work at O’Reilly who’ve confirmed that they’re supposed to honor those price matches. It just seemed like he was trying to assert some authority because he was behind the counter.

I take my battery for them to charge it make sure it's good. I went back 2 hours later they told me my battery is good full charge. I come home test battery 0 charge They never test my battery.

This store makes me lose hope for the future. Some of the laziest, most incompetent, worst customer service oriented staff I have ever met in my entire life. Doesn't help that their online inventory shows they have things in stock when they never do.
