The person that I had to deal with was rude did not know how to do his job. I had to show him on the back of the paperwork they sent me what needed to be done from someone that supposedly been there twenty plus years. More suited as a Walmart greater.

We were towed. Came out to find our car gone! Imagine the heart rate... ticketed the day before then ticketed and towed the next. Great job Minneapolis. Your parking and signs sucked. 2 x $47 tickets and $138 to get it out of the impound... awesome part is I don't have to park on Minneapolis streets again! But the people at the impound were very professional and even looked at our photos sympathetically.

Got my car towed recently but the staff (Jason) was very kind and friendly to me. He was very helpful and I was in and out within like 15 minutes and was able to get my car. He also gave me some tips to put on alerts to avoid towing in the future.
