By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced.<br>The battery has failed 7 times in 8 months, which is completely unacceptable. When I contacted the store for assistance, the employee stated that it “wasn’t his problem” and implied that purchasing from them was entirely my choice, therefore not their responsibility.<br><br>When I explained that I would not recommend the store based on this experience, I was told that was “fine” because they “don’t need my business.” This level of dismissiveness, lack of accountability, and outright disrespect toward a customer is astonishing.<br><br>Absolutely unacceptable. Do not recommend. If it were possible, I would give negative stars.

Wish I could go no stars.<br>Went in for an oil filter housing wrench/socket for a 23 Kona. I have plastic housing so I need a specific tool. After getting annoyed, Person sold me a 27mm socket, didn’t fit. I returned it and short haired lazy person took it personally. Literally just trying to diy change my oil. Left without anything. Sorry your bad at your job..?<br><br>Kind of insane how unfriendly they were did I go to the wrong store? What kind of services are you willing to provide? Genuinely curious
