Didn’t tighten the wheel back on… wanted them to fix a slow leak, they said it was too close to the sidewall to fix which is understandable. What wasn’t understandable was the $400 quote to replace my $120 tire. I went in and picked up my car as that’s WAY too much. Next day driving it up to speed I could hear/feel a wobble, stopped and checked the lug nuts and all 5 were loose. Best one was 1 turn from tight all others where 2-3 turns to tight. Crazy. Don’t trust these people. Glad I recognized the loose wheel, this could have been really bad for someone with less experience.

This is one of the few trustworthy neighborhood mechanics left. I've always had a great experience. They offered me multiple options to fit my budget when I needed new tires. They fixed the cracked plastic undercarriage on my Prius for FREE even though I came in right before closing. The staff is always super friendly accommodating and helpful. I highly recommend this place even if you don't live in the neighborhood.

Steve’s auto is awesome!! I was quoted 2k at the dealership to fix some suspension issues after they worked on my engine. I declined and went to Steve’s auto to get it checked out. They only needed to replace a few small parts, which was a 1/4 of the price the dealership quoted to fix the issue. They also put in a new brake light (free labor) and filled up my tires. They got me in a few days after calling and had it finished the next day. Very grateful to have an honest and reputable auto mechanic in the neighborhood!
