I called before coming, they picked up right away and addressed my issue in a very good maner. Already on site Daron was very helpful, as I worked with him, the rest of the stuff I had a chance to talk is very polite and professional too. While my brief waiting time I saw a lady that wasn't happy with her purchase and asked for a return, the gentleman who was assisted her was very professional, patient, talked to her nicely and very respectful.<br>They have street parking right next to the shop.<br>For any car-related shopping I'll come here again!

I will never visit this store again. The Assistant Manager, Veronica, was completely dishonest and unprofessional. She assured me over the phone that the store would honor a price match, but once I arrived, the experience was entirely different.<br><br>She kept me waiting for an unreasonable amount of time and seemed to prioritize customers who spoke Spanish, which felt unfair and disrespectful. When she finally spoke with me, she repeatedly interrupted our conversation to talk to other people.<br><br>In the end, she refused to honor the promised price match, instead quoting a price that was about 40% higher than the verified price at Advance Auto Parts, even after reviewing it. This kind of misleading behavior and poor customer service is unacceptable.

My home away from home I've spent thousands upon thousand s of dollars here. Friendly staff. I've only been looked upon as a thief twice which is two times too many other than that. Hardly blame them you as this store as all stores in sf have lots of theft which is say their ruining st as stores are moving out or really is ashame will the thievery that goes on in SF. Pretty soon everything will have to be bought on line which I myself like the option of walking in a store
