Ruskos towing was an awesome company to hire, they had excellent communication, they were very patient and kind on the phone and in person, they were very professional in quoting my tow and the tow service itself. Mr Nick who is an Army veteran made me feel like my car was in good hands the whole way. He was gentle with my car and careful loading and unloading. Thank you Ruskos for the great tow service!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is a textbook example of how to take advantage of people when they’re already stressed and vulnerable. The staff is rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful unless you’re handing over cash. They hit you with hidden fees, claim mysterious “storage” charges that weren’t mentioned anywhere, and delay paperwork just to milk more money out of you.<br><br>They don’t answer the phone, they “lose” documents, and they speak to you like you’re doing them a favor by being there. The whole operation feels shady from top to bottom, and it’s clear they count on people not having the time or energy to fight back. Trust me: document everything, bring a witness, and prepare to be scammed.<br><br>If you’re unlucky enough to have your car end up here, brace yourself. This isn’t just an impound lot — it’s a legal trap run by people who know exactly how to play the game. Shame on them.

Whoever the woman working the front desk is is incredibly rude and heartless. I've never dealt with someone as cruel and infuriating as her and based off of these other reviews, I know I'm not just being soft. Not compassionate in the slightest bit about whatever situation you're in (which makes no sense as you're facing people on an awful day due to accidents and hospitalizations), treats you like a child when you're just asking basic questions, and ended up charging way more upfront than discussed over the phone. The man who was actually towing my car was kind but also dropped it and scrapped the entire bumper along rough pavement, adding onto the damages I already had to cover. I know this is the default towing center in Dearborn when you find yourself in an accident but if you're willingly calling this place for help, run to any other shop while you can.
