I was driving to go to the lds temple in north Atlanta driving on 285W when my Prius warning and engine light came on. I had put it off checking on it for a couple days. Then my car switched into neutral. I tried to switch it back into drive but it kept going to neutral. So I HAD to get to the right shoulder quick. I used the Auto Owners app to call for a tow. Within 35 mins John was there. He towed me 30 miles back to Peachtree City. We had a good talk, he respected me. Because my house was around the corner from the mechanic shop he also dropped me off. Very grateful. I tipped him $40. Thank you John.
