10 out 10 I most defenitley recommend! This guy was so good hearted ..I had a situation with my vehicle waiting for insurance claim to kick in.,man when I tell you he’s literally God giving! Let me start by saying this is one of the best tow truck companies in Dallas and that’s. Lot to say. First off I couldn’t use my insurance for roadside assistance because they take forever and I needed a tow immediately. Not only did I receive timely updates, they were also on time. I didn’t know “on-time” and “tow truck” could be in the same sentence. Needless to say my car was loaded onto the car flawlessly and dropped off flawlessly. Above all the company (owner and driver) had an extremely pleasant attitude and empathized with my situation not to mention the price was more than reasonable. Again, Best tow service in Dallas by far and you’re not making a mistake by using ABC towing. You want 5 star service then ABC Towing is for you. A God amongst men!!! It’s Christmas and I had a blow out as I was entering the ramp to 635 West from 75 South at 9PM. An endless flow of vehicles flying by in a sliver of a shoulder. Nightmare fuel! My call was answered on the 2nd ring. My hero arrived 15 minutes later. He blocked the lane. Changed the tire like a champ in a matter of minutes. I was terrified - he was completely unfazed wearing a smile. Highly recommend.
