Walked in, only one in the store besides a worker, (non-chalantly scrolling the computer) takes a minute for him to acknowledge me- types in the wrong vehicle and searches multiple times the wrong part(we don't have it we can't get it)- acting too lazy-dissinterested-unwilling to help to look up any parts on my list. I move on to the second part after correcting him on the vehicle model when two other people come in. At this point you could feel he did not want to put any effort into helping me. No sign of a more competent employee around. Their terrible customer service caused them a few hundred in sales. Avoid this place like the plague.

O’Reilly’s Driver (41343) on 11/21/25 passing on a double solid yellow in a 25Mph zone & then doing 55 in a 45Mph zone, tailgating on Paseo Real (56).<br><br>What a way to represent the company.

Love the new location on Cordova in Santa Fe.<br>Although they could use a restock of the spray paint. I went to all three stores in town to get enough primer for my project car. That kinda sucked. But I prefer O'Reilly to AutoZone. They just seem to have a better product. And the prices are very competitive in my experience.<br><br>Overall, O'Reillys has been my favorite parts store.<br>Oh and I wasn't aware that if you purchase something at one store you can't return it to a different store the same day. Not a huge deal but useful to know I guess.
