First off I would like to thank Brian and Elizabeth Truck Center for delivering my truck as promised. They gave me a date for when the truck will be done and executed on their word. I was recommended by two good friends of mine and they strictly told me “To not bring it anywhere else and don’t have any other truck repair shop touch the truck unless it was ELIZABETH TRUCK CENTER “. After walking in and meeting Brian I knew I was in good hands. Brian walked outside took the pictures of the truck while engaging with me his customer while also making calls to the shop for parts to be on order on the spot. I asked him a couple of questions and he nailed every question I had and reassured me that it will be done and ready for me on the set date. Brian didn’t brush me away or try to get money out of me he invited me in we sat down got to know each other for about an hour and made it feel like I knew him for years and used them for awhile. The calls and texted I got from him with updates from my truck made it a easier process because it showed he had me in his mind and made me see that work was getting done.Overall the truck came out better then when I bought it and will recommend Elizabeth Truck Center to everyone I know. You guys are the best! And once you come here your truck will be in good hands!

I just dropped off the truck that I drive a couple of days ago. Let's see how it goes. Rob was a really helpful person; we spoke before going, and he allowed to tow to their yard with no issues. Also, Chris was there when we arrived and helped me and was honest about the situation. All down to earth ???? Will update review as the days pass. Well, after 3 weeks, they put the truck inside the shop to fix it; they found more damage that they didn't see before. The estimate was almost in the limit from the beginning, so they couldn't add more repairs. In the end, Elizabeth Truck Center declared the truck total loss; now, we are still waiting for the insurance estimate to see what they are going to do. I was upset because they didn't see all the damage at the beginning, and now I didn't know what the insurance is going to do. ??

After my truck was backed into in New Mexico I knew my first call had to be Rob and Brian at Elizabeth truck center and as always they delivered, Truck came out amazing This is my second truck that they have repaired for me over the years and as always I'm extremely satisfied and happy with the job.
