I had some laser engraved wood created here and they turned my project into a masterpiece. Their work was quick and professional and I would use them again in a heartbeat! In fact I am actively thinking of projects I can work with them on. Further, when I went to pick up my finished project I had a fantastic time looking through their showroom! I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Response to owner's reply: In no way am I angry or have I been angry... just frustrated. I never was ugly about the situation. Maybe I did misunderstand the timeline to begin with, but I do have an email in May that says 5-6 week completion. Not sure what learning experience I am supposed to take away from the situation? Statements like these sound like this is somehow my fault. When I spoke to the owner the last time she said glass wasn't ordered & wood was stacked up for my doors to be built but they didn't have room to begin building them...not days from completion. At that point how could I believe what I was being told anyways? My review is not a retaliation just letting other consumers know my experience. Original review: Very disappointed with my experience with the owner! Poor communication & customer service. I ordered 2 barn doors in March of 2021. I was told 5-6 weeks as a timeline. I reached out a few times the last 9 months to get an update and not once was I contacted first. Really didn't seem even that apologetic...always giving me tons of excuses & promising it would be soon. This past October I reached out frustrated that 7 months in & my doors still haven't even been designed or much thought put into them. Owner begged me to not cancel my order. She promised I would have them by the holidays so I decided to wait longer. Fast forward to the week before Christmas and guess what? Not a word from the company. So I called only to find out they haven't even ordered all the materials for my doors. I cancelled my order at that point due to the very poor business of not communicating & over promising. Owner tried to make me feel guilty for canceling my order like I was the bad guy?!? I understand delays because I am a small business owner as well but at what point is it poor business? I felt 9 months in to a 5-6 week deadline was that time.I have no doubt the employees could build a beautiful product but I was so exhausted dealing with the owner on the business side. I didn't feel like I could trust what she said. They did refund my deposit that day. Now I will start over after waiting 9 months for nothing.
