Is it too cold for you to figure out where the negatives to test a kids battery? If I can figure out how to jump start her car, then yall should be able to figure it out. Yall just blew my mind. You work at at auto store and you can’t test a vehicle battery Wal-Mart was able to it and that should hurt. They replaced her battery because you were unable to find the battery terminals in the cold weather.
