On 2/21/26 we had an incident on the 199 where us and another car both hit a log. Bob and his cute pup Luna came to tow the other car and was extremely helpful. He had the equipment to change our tire and was extremely polite. It was late and cold and without him we would’ve been there all night with no service.

We had a bad experience breaking down coming home from vacation, but a great experience being helped out by Mike and John with Northcrest auto. Mike was very courteous, professional and was available to help us on a Sunday and got us to a safe spot for the day to wait for auto services to open the following day. John was professional, prompt and had helpful suggestions. I am very pleased with their service.
