I found this dealership through CarGurus because they had one of the cheapest trucks I could find that appeared to be in decent condition with relatively low mileage. As a first-time buyer with a strong credit score (around 730), I felt fairly confident going in. They told me they only work with one specific credit union, which wasn’t a big issue to me. I understood there would be a hard credit pull. However, after seeing the interest rate they offered, I asked if there was any flexibility—such as fewer months to payoff or speaking directly with the credit union—to lower it. I was told again that they only use one credit union. After leaving, I checked my credit report and saw that my credit had been pulled **seven different times**. That really concerned me, especially since I was told it would only be one pull. I didn’t bring this up at the time, but seeing multiple lenders listed made me feel misled. It honestly felt like they chose the highest interest rate option available. I’ve attempted to buy a vehicle before at a different dealership and was offered roughly a quarter of the interest rate they quoted me here. As for the truck itself, I will say the exterior and overall appearance were good. I brought multiple friends and both of my parents to inspect the vehicle, and thankfully I did. While it looked great at first glance, the issues under the hood were serious: a blown head gasket, coolant mixed in the oil, and an old timing belt that looked close to failing. They offered $250 off, but that doesn’t come close to covering the repair costs this truck would require. I’m very glad I brought knowledgeable people with me because each time I came back with someone different, they noticed a new problem. My advice to anyone considering this dealership is to bring someone who knows vehicles and inspect everything thoroughly,especially under the hood.

Mario and Louie took very good care of us and we got our car very clean. We had a little trouble with Visalia location. *Update* we had a couple special circumstances with switching cars over (turned in a car we got last year from dealers choice) and Mario really made it super easy. He went above and beyond for us to be 100 percent satisfied with our purchase. My step mom and sister have gone through this location and worked with Mario as well.
