Outstanding Customer Service – Trevor at O’Reilly Auto Parts (Gustine, CA) I would like to take a moment to recognize Trevor from O’Reilly Auto Parts in Gustine, California, for his truly exceptional customer service and genuine kindness. I am a single mother, born and raised in Gustine for over 27 years, and like many women, I don’t have much knowledge when it comes to cars. When my taillight went out, I had already received a warning from the Gustine Police Department and was extremely worried about receiving a ticket. I walked into O’Reilly’s feeling stressed, overwhelmed, and unsure of what to do. Although I was initially told the repair couldn’t be done during business hours, Trevor went above and beyond in a way that genuinely touched my heart. After his shift — on his own personal time — he stayed after hours to help me fix my taillight. He did not have to do this, but he chose to, simply out of kindness and care for another person. What may have seemed like a small gesture to Trevor made a huge impact on my life. In that moment, he didn’t just fix a taillight — he gave me peace of mind, kept me safe on the road, and lifted a heavy weight off my shoulders. As a single mother, those moments of support truly mean everything. Trevor represents the very best of what O’Reilly Auto Parts stands for. His compassion, integrity, and willingness to help a customer in need speak volumes about his character. I surprised him with a small Christmas gift as a token of my appreciation, but the truth is, no gift could ever fully express how grateful I am. I strongly and wholeheartedly believe Trevor is 100% deserving of being featured in the O’Reilly Rocket Star Magazine.
