He'll have a fair price for you no matter what, and you can always send him a better offer and he'll match it or beat it. I've sold him high-end performance cars North of 100k with little market data, and he was still able to offer me a fair price given the circumstances. I've also sent my own family over to trade-in their family SUV, and my S/O as well. Regardless of the type of vehicle or customer, Adel will treat you with respect and the appraisal process is always punctual and fast. The best part is you'll get a check immediately that day, or they'll pay-off your vehicle promptly if it's financed. 5+ vehicles and we've never been disappointed. If you're in the OC area, definitely call Adel, he should be your first-line option, I wouldn't even consider other companies in the area, and believe me I've seen their offers and treatment of customers through the years.
