I cannot recommend this Interstate Batteries location enough! We came in with a structurally leaking battery, which can be a tricky warranty situation. The new manager went above and beyond, personally calling the corporate support line to advocate for us and ensure the warranty replacement was approved. He truly went to bat for us and made it happen. A huge thank you also to the gentleman who worked on the van-he was professional and efficient. The manager stayed by my mom's van throughout the process to ensure she was well taken care of, and even after stepping away for a moment, he came back specifically to double-check that every detail was handled correctly. It's rare to find this level of integrity and customer care. 5 stars!

I came here in 2022 For a new battery. I was just informed 2026 I need another one. Luckily I got the 1st one in Jan so, even though I'm out of Warranty If I buy now there's pro rated left for 45% off a new one so, I bought it. They were professional, friendly, & fast. Had me out the door in 15/20min BOTH times. ?em

Cost a little expensive, however, the warranty is awesome and they prorate when possible ??Also, they helped this old lady out by meeting my needs??????love this place...24 year dedicated customer.
