Nobody likes accidents and dealing with the repairs. I could not be better served than from Francisco and his team at LB Collision Center! They went out of their way to honestly help me!! Very professional, very fast service too. Price? The final price was lower than the estimated price! When does that happen??? The damage was a bit worse than I expected, the frame needed adjustment too since I was hit on the LF corner of my car. Absolutely 5 Stars for this company, they really deserve it. Trustworthy advice, very helpful, going out of their way. And very friendly too! I highly recommend this company!

I took my 1999 GMC Sonoma in to this shop based on good reviews here. I got a quick, accurate estimate from Luis. On my way home, I stopped at 3 other places who would not even work on my "too old" truck. LBCC even negotiated with the at-fault driver's insurance to keep them from totaling my truck, which would have made it harder to insure. They did a great job on it and even fixed a couple of things I didn't ask for. I hope I don't get hit again, but if I do, I'm going straight back to them.

Francisco and the Team at Long Beach Collision Center are true professionals they specialize in Collision Repair and other car repairs at their location. These guy's went far above expectations, the Collision repair to my bumper looked brand new as though it had never been damaged. They also fixed my window regulator it malfunctioned, the day before dropping off my car. They not only located, the part they also installed it. Extremely grateful they are a one stop Collision and Repair Center and they also polished up my Acura TSX and cleaned off the fog on the headlights, I could actually see the light bulbs.Thank you, truly from the bottom of my heart.
