Manhattan Beach Toyota dealership sold me a car with only one key, promising to find the second one within a week and send it by mail. That never happened of course. After countless calls and messages to the dealer most of which were ignored, and more than six months of waiting, I was left with no option but to go to them in person. Even then, no one returned my calls when they said they would. Nearly a year after buying the car, I finally got the second key, but only after spending my personal time and making multiple trips to the dealership. They definitely made me nervous about buying a car from them. This dealership clearly only cares about selling cars and making money - customer service is not a priority. I’ll definitely be buying my next car elsewhere. When it comes to maintenance services - they’re actually good (thanks to their mechanics, who had nothing to do with the car sale). That’s the only reason I’m not leaving a 1-star review.
