I must give my flowers to Yolanda and Richard. Struggling to find a good day to make an appointment she was patient with me when I called multiple times. At my appointment to retrieve my belongings I met Richard. Super professional even after I left called me to notifying me that I left my drivers license, totally on me. However. Not all my belongings were there. Unfortunately I had a couple of stuff missing, unfortunately! I chose to give them the benefit of the doubt and sign the paperwork before they handed my stuff. On the retrieval paper it states they were giving me a phone charger which was never collected, small tin cans that I have no idea about and personal paperwork. Therefore legally anything missing if it’s not on the paper I cannot reclaim since I blindly sign the damn paper already. Thankfully I got my bulky items. They kept my small bible which I hope they now read and see stealing isn’t right. Which had a couple of my son’s baby pictures inside I hope they now enjoy. A blue jack in my trunk that was mine not the cars and a couple other small things. I won’t make a fuss because it’s material things that I can replace but the ethical part of it was the issue. Please take my warning, check your belongings first. I get it got my car taken away but doesn’t give the technicians, that are cleaning and documenting the car belongings, to take as they please. Do better.
