This place is LEGIT! My husband and I shopped all over and wasco family auto was ? % on their promise with the price, NO ADD ONS that all other dealers do, and even took the truck to replace all four brand new tires on which we didn’t even ask for, they just did it out of the kindness of their hearts. The customer service was great, no hassle or annoyance, just great honest people. I absolutely recommend this place of your looking for a vehicle, you will NOT regret it!!!! Very unprofessional. My son was already preapproved through the bank they let us take the vehicle home and within one day we’re already blowing up his phone while he was at work. They wanted the check to be issued within one day and didn’t understand how the process worked Two days later, my son called to make sure they received the check and they will not answer the phone now I’m assuming they received the check because they have not been in contact since Jose the owner claimed that he would take care of us and has done nothing so far to help. Ivan nor Jose have called him back. When purchasing the vehicle, they begged us to leave them a review and give them 5 stars. This is what I call your shady backyard car dealership. I would not recommend anyone to come here unless you’re really hard up for a vehicle, but do expect it to have issues and then do nothing to help as long as they make a sale.
