I purchased shock absorbers for my truck. Gave the vin# to be certain that I got the right parts. They were wrong. I didn't get around to installing them for over a month. Went to return them for correct parts and was informed that I cannot return parts after 30 days. Even though they gave me wrong parts, even though they had them in stock and didn't have to order them. I try to do business locally but I cannot afford to eat over $300 in wrong parts. I guess I'll have to go elsewhere.
