We had incredibly bad luck, getting a nail or screw in our tire in the first week of October. With the tire almost completely flat and a hissing sound, we drove to Automotive Tire & Towing without calling ahead. Their helpfulness was amazing, and we were incredibly grateful for the immediate assistance and repair. Twenty minutes later, we were back on the road and able to continue our journey. We must have hit something on our 8-hour drive to our Airbnb in Cripple Creek. We made it to our destination but knew we couldn’t drive any farther on the damaged tire. I called Cripple Creek Automotive and explained our situation — from that point, they were on it. They quickly located the right tires for our Audi, came to pick up the vehicle, replaced the tires, and even fit in a much-needed alignment. To top it off, they picked me up afterward and gave me a quick local tour of Cripple Creek since we were visiting. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful — they truly saved our vacation. Highly recommend!
