The guys Did a good job put 4 snow tires on and then an alignment job for me.. But the mechanic that changed my tires forgot to put my locking key For my rims back inside my car how did I find this out You ask…. well as I was making my way to Silverthorne Colorado for a snowboard trip five days later I got a flat when I went to put my spare on come to find out, they forgot to put that back in my car Now I’m stuck in the middle of nowhere not able to change my tire thank God I have roadside assistance through my insurance or I’d be more pissed off than I already am. If I was these guys I would have a stern talking to My mechanic…. Oh, it gets better. The first time I called pretty sure I got the manager or which sounded like the manager. I told him my story and he said oh that sucks. Is that what you’re saying in a situation like this as a manager He said he would talk to his mechanic after lunch. I had to call back later about 3 o’clock. This Time I got another guy he actually said that he was sorry and went talk to mechanic came back and said the mechanic was pretty sure he put it back in my vehicle so there’s nothing we can do, sir I proceeded to tell him I checked my car about six times cause I really had nothing to do sitting there for three hours while waiting for a tow truck I really have no idea where these guys think they got their customer service from but horrible. I’m completely ashamed. This is a small town. I’ve lived here for nine years. First time I’ve gone to this place last time. I will go to this place. You guys should be fully ashamed of yourselves.

This place always does a fantastic job. I have seven vehicles and they all have tires and alignments from American Tire.I’m always satisfied with the results. This last time I got to speak with Dave about my new FJ. He is very helpful. He did a search to look and see what Maintenance had already been done so he would save me money and give me confidence in the long run. I absolutely recommend this company with five stars

Friendly, helpful, and quick turnaround on service. I hit a pot hole on Pagosa Main Street on a Sunday night that caused a blowout. They had a tire in stock and were able to get me scheduled Monday morning and had me in and out within an hour.
