These guys are legit. I travel for work doing disaster relief and purchased a ford f-250 with 20k miles on it. Due to work I couldn’t see it in person so I trusted the salesman from Alabama. I went with the purchase and got the truck shipped to me. When I got it i realized the front quarter panel was in a wreck and they did a terrible job with the repair. The finish didn’t match, there was a hard paint line between the two colors, and you could see swirl marks where they filled in the repair with bondo. The dealership refused to right their wrong so I was left finding auto body shops to do the repair for me. I came back home to Connecticut and stopped in to Bolton collision, Chris helped me out and came in with a quote half the price of the body shops in NC. He was very transparent and told me how they tried to charge me for a lot of unnecessary repairs. They really did a great job on this repair and even gave me the old fender to keep. The pictures might not show a lot, but it is a huge difference in person. Great work (pictures show before and after)

I recently purchased a used Ford Edge from Bolton Collision Repair and had an outstanding buying experience. Dave and Susan were very friendly and professional. When I arrived, Dave handed me the keys and told me to take my time, get a good feel for the car, and come back when I felt comfortable. When I returned, I told him that I was interested but wanted a look underneath. No problem. He put the car on ramps, gave me a creeper and light, and once again told me to take my time and have a good look. Dave hides nothing. He made a really good impression on me, as did Susan. Once I had paid, she got the car registered for me very quickly and I was out the door with a nice, clean, low mileage Ford Edge. I recommend BCR Cars without hesitation.

While my car was parked it ended up getting hit by a car backing out of there spot. Front bumper was pretty messed up. I had never had to go through the process of finding a shop to fix the damages on any cars of mine so I was pretty stressed trying to find the perfect shop and someone I could trust with my car. Once I came across Bolton Collision and saw the reviews and their experience and time in this business I knew I had to go with them. Once talking with one of the guys there name Dave, he helped the process be super easy and made me feel super safe and confident to give my car to them and reassured me it was in good hands. To say the car came back to me perfect is an understatement. It was completely in awe when I received the call to come pick it up. Not only did they finish the project early but it was just amazing on how well the outcome was. I will for ever recommend anyone who is looking for a shop te get some work done on there car to come to Bolton Collision they will take care of you and give you the best service.
