Dalen, the sales manager, Jacob the finance wizard, and Mike Hitchery all were wonderful people. Mike took great care and time explaining, helping me integrate my phone, learn and understand the vehicle w/o feeling rushed or hurried. Just a great bunch down there. Why don’t you go see’em ? I’m writing to let others know that my recent purchase of a 2023 Honda Ridgeline Black Edition from Monaco Ford of Niantic was a smooth and professionally well done transaction. Understanding that this was a Honda from a Ford dealership made it all the more notable. Over the course of a week, I met five of the staff whom all ensured my experience was a positive one. I’ve purchased several cars (new and pre-owned) over my lifetime. This purchase was the best overall. I say this honestly as normally the initial contact and sale are the easy part. I find that the manager and finance team are the difficult parts. In my experience at Monaco Ford all the facets of the sale were smooth and professional. I do understand that car sales are made to keep dealerships in business and yet there still needs to be a focus on the customers needs. For this reason, I commend the Monaco staff for their attention to detail, communication with me and genuine respect and care. I highly recommend this dealership including Brianna, Parker and Daelon (Mark in finance too), whether you looking for new or pre-owned vehicles. Recently purchased a 2026 f250 from them and I have to say the sales team was awesome. everyone was super nice and professional. They went above and beyond my expectations, got me the exact payment i was looking for down to the penny pretty much. looked at a truck at 11:00 and drove off with a new truck at 3:00 if you have ever purchased a vehicle before you know thats fast especially when their busy, I must say I have purchased alot of vehicles even one at the dealership I work for but monaco was hands down the best buying experience.
