Took in 1400 pounds of real thick extrusion 61 with a couple metal brackets. Lady agreed to giving us 50cents a pound. It had to be unloaded with a tractor. After receiving my receipt and seeing she only gave us 8 1/2 cents a pound., we asked why she change the agreed upon amount & she said if we liked we could unload it ourselves and go somewhere else. But she knew that wasn't possible bc it was unloaded with a tractor. Very unprofessional business. Will not be going back to this place. I do NOT recommend Mohawks.Dont waste your time trying to cash in at this place. They rip you off if given the chance. And if I could've given them less than 1 star I would've. Will be reporting to the better business bureau.

I only got just over $7 for 40 pounds of metal and some cans. I won't be back. There were no signs showing where to go either. I am giving two stars because the workers were helpful and everyone was nice.

Staff is very professional and very fair. I would recommend this place to anyone. Chris has been working there for a good while, he's always been very helpful to determine the various types of metals. If you're not sure ask Chris.
