Customer reviews of NAPA Auto Parts - J and H Inc in Jewett City, CT
3.8 stars based on 75 reviews- EErik Gardner
Experienced counter, these guys know what they're talking about unlike some of the chain auto parts stores nearby. I sincerely appreciate the great advice I always get here. Thank you

Horrible customer service! Extremely rude older gentleman made remarks about me asking to replace a product that a bought a couple days prior. They gave me the wrong product. I’ve been coming here for years wouldn’t ever spend a dollar there again. Lost a customer over a ten dollar headlight! Advanced auto in Plainfield will be my go to place from now on.

It's too expensive but probably won't be broken and wrong right out of the box like AutoZone would.
