My daughter and I were greeted with a big smile by Madison I was there to see a 2018 Jeep right after the big snowfall. I was looking for a silver and black Grand Cherokee for awhile and reasonably priced and they had it. As Madison and Brenden (finance manager) brought their kindness we came to an agreement and worked out certain extras I was looking for. Nice low payments and an extended warranty for extra peace of mind. Great atmosphere all around from sales to service and the lot guys. It takes a team to make it all happen and they’ve got it there! Thank you for letting me share part of my recovery journey with you guys as this is my first grand purchase in recovery to help showing others working their recovery program we can rebuild in all aspects of life and find happiness especially with something we use everyday, our vehicles. Just bought a certified Niro EV here and had a really positive experience. I want to give a BIG thank you to Jason. Right off the bat he was great. He worked with me over the phone to get to a price I felt good about. Once at the dealership he was helpful, respectful and friendly. He took the time to explain a lot of the details of the car, and when some issues came up in an inspection worked with us to resolve them. Thanks to Alex as well. My experience at this dealership was honest and fair--there were no tricks, games or surprise fees. We traveled to get here but it was worth it!
