RON might be my favorite tow truck driver I've ever met, and he far surpassed AAA with his quality of service on the call. 10/10 would NEVER recommend breaking down on the icy shoulder at mile 11.0 on 476N, but if you do, RON might just come rescue your ass before you become one with the frozen tundra too.

Ron was great. It was an awful start to a very cold morning and it could have been worse. I locked my keys in my running car. I have non idea how. Ron was there quickly, was very nice, and had me in my car in minutes. Very professional. I’d recommend this company and Ron to anybody. When you are stupid enough to lock your keys in the car on the coldest day at 4AM, you need a guy like Ron and a company like City Wide Towing to have your back. They did. Thanks!
