Every time I have come in here for auto parts they have been so nice and they always have what I need the customer services above the top. Are you picking up what I’m welding down because coming here can put some hair on your chest and make you a real man

I decided I won't be doing business at this location because of 1 employee. He sits to the far right. He's the white guy with a bald head. This particular employee has never greeted, acknowledged or helped me despite me shopping there on multiple occasions. Last week I visited for a replacement part for my Impala. There were 3 associates at the desk. I was the only customer in the store. This particular employee looked me dead in my face then put his head down as if I wasn't worthy of his customer service, professionalism or even the dignity of a greeting (as he's done each time I go there). The lady on my far left saw I wasnt being helped and politely offered me assistance. The gentleman in the middle who always has to help me seemed genuinely engaged in a task. I had enough and addressed it with this particular employee. I also belong to several Facebook groups and Car clubs. I'll be sure to mention my experience each chance I get. It's a shame because the other two employees are always helpful but I refuse to be treated like that over and over by even 1 employee. My money is green just like the other people who don't look like me, but who I've seen him helping. I have several classic cars and chose Napa because I feel they are more than just sales associates. I had a great relationship in Media PA. But I can literally go any for my needs. It's the customer service that makes a return customer. In this case it's the blatant and consistent lack of it from 1 employee that has me looking elsewhere.
