I was referred to this shop from a friend. It exceeded my expectations. The communication. Regarding our vehicle was on point and they stayed in constant contact during the time that the vehicle was being assessed and evaluated to when the vehicle was completed. They communicated cost. I did not feel pressured to have repairs done. I believe that their service was on point and their pricing is on par and I did not feel like I overpaid at all for service. We will be continuing to use the shop for the family’s vehicles and recommend them to others

I am a road Warrior will put on over 40,000 miles a year. I have been using Jims for years. They have always treated me great honest and reasonably priced. I have brought my vehicle there after being told at other places it needs a significant amount of work only to have Jim’s tell me that a majority of that was not needed

I broke my elderly Fathers sunroof and we had to get it at least closed. His car is old and could not afford to drop money into it. I stopped at one place. Won’t say where but they are ridiculous and a big place and customer does not come first it’s all about the $$$. Like most auto shops in this upscale area. However I found Jim’s Auto and Ryan and his worker had it closed pretty quickly for us as a courtesy!!! This is the way it used to be in the old days! People helping people. Not always about $$$! I appreciate you Ryan at Jim’s Auto!!! I Highly recommend Jim’s Auto. Hard workers too!!! Thank you!! God Bless you!
