Careful if you're a first-timer here. It was obvious I had never been there before when I had to ask for instructions on where to park, unload, what to unload in what cart & so on. No sense of organization whatsoever. There's 2 things they weren't counting on..& that's the fact that i speak, understand, read & write spanish & also that I knew exactly what I had to be recycled. One guy (older white guy) was helpful even though I didn't agree with how he identified a batch of aluminum he did help me unload everything. The other guy(a heavy set Hispanic guy) at the scale seemed ok but after giving me my slip I walked to my truck thinking I needed to move it out of the way he stops me & says I can leave my truck where it's at & instructs me to take slip to someone in an office. As I walk to the "office," I hear him in Spanish ask a customer, "Do you remember not knowing anything like him?" LOL. Then I get paid, look at receipt & notice I only got paid for a few pounds of stainless steel. Impossible!! I had an easy 4.5 pounds of clean stainless steel with no magnetic properties in loose scrap like nuts,bolts, brackets, etc. Along with that 4.5 lbs was an 8 lb solid 1.25×22" round bar of 316 stainless non-magnetic. Still, I gave them each 5 bucks & thanked them for their help.

I would give less if it was possible. They showed up three hours late.Two of them were drunk.I had to call the police to make sure they didn't drive back with a heavy eighteen year
