What I experienced was discrimination, racism, and verbal abuse, and it should never be tolerated or normalized. I was treated with disrespect simply because I do not speak English like others. I was told things such as “go back to your country, this is America, we speak English here.” During the towing of my vehicle, I was spoken to in a hostile, degrading, and aggressive manner, with no respect at all—even as a woman. This behavior is not only unacceptable; it is a direct violation of basic human dignity and civil rights. Yes, my English is not perfect. However, that does not make me less of a citizen or less of a person. I am a United States citizen, I am well educated, and I am the owner of two successful companies that pay taxes and contribute to the economy of this country that I deeply love and respect. Language, accent, or origin do not define a person’s value. But racism clearly defines the lack of professionalism, ethics, and integrity of those who engage in it. Let me be very clear: ? This type of behavior has legal and social consequences. ? Discrimination based on language or national origin can be documented, reported, and legally pursued. ? If this conduct continues, I will not hesitate to take the necessary actions to protect my rights and the rights of others. The United States was built on diversity, hard work, and respect. Anyone who fails to understand this is failing the values this country stands for.

This company employs workers who mistreat people and speak to them in a rude and offensive manner. In my case, one of your drivers showed disrespectful and discriminatory and very VERY racist behavior while providing the service. This kind of conduct is unacceptable and reflects a lack of professionalism. I expect corrective action to be taken to ensure that no one else is treated this way.
