Trust is everything today. So many shops rarely meet expectations or do everything they say they will. The folks at Bill Tyson in Wellington DO! They went above and beyond, communicated well about the problem, explained the issues and costs, and resolved my problem (transmission) much more rapidly than expected. AND, they delivered my truck to my workplace making my day go a lot smoother. I definitely TRUST them and can highly recommend them. I am definitely a loyal customer because they have earned my respect, trust, and loyalty. And... this has been repeatable on more than one occasion.

0 stars. My car sat there all day with no communication other than when I called. I called midday and they had no update other than they were looking at it. At 5 pm (a full 8 hours later) they still had no estimate and apparently weren't even planning to call and update me at all. I was then told they had '15 cars in the back and they can't just give everybody updates.' seriously? That's what every other garage I've been to does!. I don't know if it's because I'm a woman or because I drive an older car but this place wasted my entire day and had nothing to say about it other than, 'sorry'. Sorry doesn't get my day back and it definitely doesn't fix my car. All they had to do was call. 0 stars. Can't emphasize my disappointment enough since this place has great reviews, but that was definitely not my experience.

Mike and his team were extremely professional and an overwhelming lifesavers during our situation. Mike took the time to diagnose every possible issue and clearly explained the potential outcomes, which gave us a lot of confidence in the process. The pick up and drop off service was incredibly convenient. I didn’t even have to step foot in the shop, which made the entire experience stress free. Highly recommended Mike and his team for their time, above and beyond efforts and outstanding service. Thank you
