Believe this is fraud service. They call another towing company to perform appointments supposedly but I waited and never received a call from the "driver". Then they attempted to charge me a "Cancellation" fee. Theives

Traffic around Athens was already busy when I picked up a flat tire near the University of Georgia area during rush hour. Perfect timing, right? I pulled over and realized I was way less prepared than I thought. After calling for roadside assistance, I expected to be waiting around for a while. Surprisingly, help arrived pretty fast. The technician was friendly, knew exactly what he was doing, and had me back on the road much quicker than I expected. There was even a little drizzle starting to come down, which made the situation feel even more annoying. Really appreciated how easy they made a stressful afternoon.
