Had my car for about a week and didn’t do anything. It sat outside. Oil change, trunk lock, and convertible top repair were my estimates. The first 2 were a no brainer. I knew the top would be difficult. However it went from 2 days, to a few more, to a few more. I showed up, car was parked, and they did more damage. A plastic bag was placed on my car with duck tape which caused damage. A suction cup and it caused damage on the side. He removed buttons that held the trunk up which caused more damage. Horrible service, customer service, and minimal communication. If I didn’t call I didn’t get an update. WE need to do better. I would’ve thought the oil change and truck lock would be completed but NOTHING was. Wishing you better luck if you choose this company.

Highly recommend!!! From the time I checked my car, I received exceptional customer service. Mike let me know everything that was going on and had a screen in the waiting area that let me watch the mechanics working on my car.
