I've been with Auto Mart as a customer for a couple years. From buying a car to getting a second car. Today I purchased another car and when I say the service and patience I recieved was amazing. From Mr. Andrew being understanding to the situation and Mrs. Betty and Mrs. April help in assisting mw with a car I love. It was yet another great experience. If you would like a great vehicle and have great service go by Auto Mart in Fitzgerald you want be disappointed.

I stopped by this establishment and asked to borrow a piece of unused wood to help with adjusting my trailer. Unfortunately, they refused, claiming it was reserved for their customers—a ridiculous excuse given that the lot was completely empty with no customers in sight. The wood was clearly available, but they chose to be unhelpful. Based on this experience, I would never do business here.

Put 1000 down on a van they knew we are homeless and needed something because our house burned down total loss including 3 of our fur babies couldn't find a place to rent so we spent what we had for the van not even 2 weeks of us having the van it broke down got it running then ..the motor mounts and transmission mounts went out.. the motor was rocking called them they said they only help with motor and transmission issues and said the motor and transmission mounts were part of the brake system and they don't help with that .. so we took it back .. 1000 dollars gone for what they don't care .. I could have found something else for 1000 if I knew it had as many problems as it did and put money into it as we got it but to me thats just wrong .. just saying beware before buying from here they won't help you just take your money
