Not recommended for modern European cars with complex systems I brought my 2019 BMW 330i to this shop for a heater core replacement after being recommended by a trusted friend that gets service here, which required removal of the dashboard and access to internal wiring. The car ended up being in their hands for over a month, and throughout that time, communication was inconsistent at best. In their defense, there was a part delay of a few days and the shop went on vacation another week, aside from that I had to repeatedly follow up for updates, and timelines kept shifting with little explanation. After finally getting my car back, I noticed some warning signs almost immediately, including my oil service interval being reset—despite the fact that they never changed the oil, this was not a part of the agreed upon service anyway. This raised red flags about what else may have been reset or improperly handled. Days later, while driving on the highway at night in the fast lane, my car suddenly lost acceleration and displayed both a “Drivetrain Malfunction” and “Chassis Stabilization” alert. I had to pull over for safety. I had the car towed the next morning (because it could not accelerate past 10 mph) to a certified BMW dealership for diagnostics and was told that the throttle body connector was damaged and would no longer lock into place. This directly impacted the engine's ability to function safely. The dealership recommended a re-pin of the connector—a fix that should not be needed unless the connector was mishandled. When I informed the original shop, they denied any responsibility, despite this being a component they would have had to interact with (or work around) while disassembling and reassembling the dash. The only solace they provided was saying that I could bring the car back for them to look at what's going on. In short: The car was gone for over a month Communication was poor and inconsistent My oil interval was reset without an oil change My car stalled on the highway shortly after the repair A critical connector was damaged, which BMW confirmed The shop took no accountability for this safety-critical issue To be fair, they may be fine for simpler maintenance or older vehicles. But if you drive a modern European car with sensitive electronics and complex wiring, I cannot recommend this shop. In my case, the consequences were not only frustrating—they were potentially dangerous.

DEFINITELY BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!! They’re great!!! They did a phenomenal job with my car. Had GREAT COMMUNICATION about it, walked me through what was wrong with the car, and the time frames for getting the part in and fixing it. And giving me the OPTION to keep my car there overnight or bring it back the next day right when the part was in and could fix it. Dusty happened to be covering the phones that day and did everything he could do to get me in asap, so appreciate of him! Orville got the HEAT back working in my car, and Rusty I met in the front lobby and he walked me through everything and communicated every step of the way. Good good people, highly recommend.

The Best place, by far to fix your car! The took the time to listen to my complaint and kept me in the loop while my car was being serviced! Made me compfortable enough to send my wife to pick up my car when it was done. Bravo! Guys Keep up the good work! LTC Dane P. Clark U.S. Army Retired
