I come here semi regularly. Maybe once every 60-90 days. I have seen the negative reviews saying that people have been disrespected when trying to drop off their recycling, and I had never personally experienced that. I dropped off a bunch of cardboard boxes today, and there was some trash in one of the boxes that I did not see when loading it into my car at my home. One of the gentleman who was Helping unload the boxes out of my car, came back to me and rudely expressed that I had left trash in the box. I quickly apologized and said I did not see any trash in the box when I loaded it or I wouldn't have brought it. The gentleman walked away from me while I was speaking, and I asked the other gentleman helping if that man was being rude. The other gentlemen were very apologetic for that man's behavior and the way he spoke to me and said it's just his personality.

What a joke. I am a resident of the city of roswell but just because I live in Cobb county they wouldn’t take my car full of cardboard. About 20 people standing around being lazy as can be!!

Very helpful, someone was available to help us disassemble light fixtures to appropriately sort, provide more information about availabile services etc. was able to recycle more items than expected.
