The worst auto sales in Ga! We first lurched a 1996 bmw , on the way home it ran hot . The next day the steering wheel locked up and we almost ran into a ditch. We took it back and retrieved a Ford Expedition . As well on the way home the steering wheel was pulling to the right extremely bad , the truck was running hot, the radio didn’t work , the engine light came on , it was a disaster! The headlights went out the next day. Prior to taking this truck back yesterday it would not crank! We dished our over $1400 in total. There’s no way this auto sales are fixing these cars when taking the truck to them the first time we had mechanics look at it and they gave us a LIST of problems and the owner told us that HIS mechanics didn’t see those problems ? BUT! After we left from him fixing the running hot issue it STILL gave out on me yesterday at the gas pump! So I had to pay my insurance a towing fee to bring it back to my house. I removed my insurance right away! And told them to come and get it immediately! The clerk doesn’t have a freaking clue what she’s doing! Her first day was the day we purchased the car , she didn’t even know where the applications were , I pointed it out to her and I’ve never been there a day in my life. You get the racist vibe from the owner. The clerk called us two weeks after a payment was due that WE ALREADY PAID AND ASKED WHEN WILL WE MAKE A PAYMENT AND IT WAS ALREADY PAID ? I wish I would’ve been more careful and brought my husband with me to look at these junk yard cards because it is horrible! Please listen to me. DO NOT PURCHASE A CARE FROM SYCAMORE SALES! You will regret it. The owner seems nice at first and holy and all of that good stuff but once it’s a issue the clerk swear he’s never there! And she had the nerve to tell us if it’s something we messed up they won’t fix it HELLO we haven’t had this truck a good month couldn’t even drive it at night because of the durn headlights and u mean to tell me u think we messed up THE TIRE RODS, the battery, the headlights, the line up, the radio, within that period of time? Yea okay! Take your money to a guaranteed good salesman , cause u would waste your money and time here!
