Best mechanic shop experience ever (first time at this shop). I had taken my car to another shop for leaks that I wasn't sure of and was told something different than what Sherman's reported. Days before Sherman, this same shop replaced a cv joint where I spent 6+ hrs in the shop waiting (I was pissed bc they had inform me that my car would be ready before noon. Wished I had found Sherman's first). The leak work was going to take 8+ hours which meant I had to leave my car overnight. Sherman's provided a courtesy ride to and from my house. My car was ready the next day - afternoon. I received updates and suggestions via email and text. Did I think they were reasonable in price ?...don't know bc labor is expensive and being a woman I am not sure what it would've costed at another shop. But I can say I was pleased with customer service and the details provided to me on my 19 yr old car. I want to mention, I found Sherman's via CARFAX with high ratings and decided to take a chance.
