Villa Rica Auto Care does great work! The staff is professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. They have always diagnosed any issues and made the appropriate repairs while charging a fair price. I would never even consider taking my car anywhere else. Mike, at the front desk, was very patient and explained the process for replacing my rotors and pads and how to get the best wear from my new brakes - a truly nice man.

Amazing & super kind people! My 2008 PT Cruiser was having an electrical issue, but of course it wouldn't act up for them. Left the car for 2 days, and they didn't charge me a dime! Great People!

Today, we went early to pick up my car from VRAC, and we had a couple questions about charges on the bill. My husband asked about the $60.00 dollars for shop supplies. The man at the desk quickly and frankly made sure we understood that is for his guys in the shop for their supply needs. His tone and body language was rude and arrogant. Then with pure ego and arrogance ask, "You got any more questions?" We did. Our questions was about a charge for a belt we did not know they were putting on the car, his response was, "Do you have time?, we'll pull it off, we did you a favor!" My husband felt we should have been called about it. The man then tries to make us feel stupid by saying, you are going to say something about a $35.00 charge? We will never come back to your business. You are unprofessional, disrespectful, rude and full of yourself. The bill we paid was over $800.00 dollars and we should be able to ask questions. My husband had surgery yesterday, and he once worked as a Service Manger at a Dealership and everyone needs to see how you treat people. Never Never Never be that rude to CUSTOMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
